URBAN DESIGNER

ZUS [Zones Urbaines Sensibles] engages in requested and unsolicited design and research in the fields of urban planning, landscape architecture, and architecture both domestically and internationally. Founded in 2001, the firm consists of a 33-member international and multidisciplinary team. ZUS contributes to the evolving urban landscape by operating from the public role of architecture. ZUS is currently seeking an ambitious urban designer with strong analytical skills and excellent conceptual and communicative abilities. Given the multidisciplinary approach of the firm, experience in other fields (such as architecture or landscape) is preferable.

We are looking for someone who:

• holds a degree in landscape architecture/design from TU Delft, Academie van Bouwkunst, Wageningen University, or equivalent;
• has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with a reputable architectural firm;
• possesses strong knowledge of AutoCAD, and Adobe CC; familiarity with additional 3D software like Rhino and GIS is considered a plus;
• has excellent proficiency in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
